Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to Bombyx Mori
1. Return Eligibility :
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process :
To initiate a return, please contact us at bombyxmori.boutique@gmail.com or +917980213225 within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges:
